To preserve the integrity of our network and ensure that premium products are used, our minimum floral or plant budget is currently $65, plus the applicable fees though this may fluctuate during periods when floral gifts are in high demand.

Same day delivery is typically available until 12 pm in the recipient's time zone. Most of our member florists are closed on Sundays though in some cases we may be able to accommodate special deliveries if we receive the order in advance. Orders placed past 12 pm in the recipient's time zone or for Sunday delivery may be delivered the next business day though we will make every attempt to accommodate your first-choice delivery date.

As we do deliver a perishable product susceptible to extremes in temperature and handling, we do request a photo accompanied by either order number or the last name of the sender or recipient (for order identification) when making a request for a return or exchange.
